Softlia Return & Refund Policy

At Softlia, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Size mismatch (unused product only)
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

🛑 **Hygiene-sensitive items like period panties, reusable diapers, and underwear are not eligible for return unless damaged or an incorrect item was delivered.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at softlia.in@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Video proof before opening to package showed the product.
  1. Our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
  2. Approved returns will be picked up or self-shipped as per the location.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You can choose:
    • Refund to original payment method (5–7 working days)
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Underwear, period panties (unless defective)
