At Softlia, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Size mismatch (unused product only)
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
🛑 **Hygiene-sensitive items like period panties, reusable diapers, and underwear are not eligible for return unless damaged or an incorrect item was delivered.
📦 How to Request a Return

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Video proof before opening to package showed the product.
- Our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- Approved returns will be picked up or self-shipped as per the location.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
- You can choose:
- Refund to original payment method (5–7 working days)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Clearance or discounted items
- Underwear, period panties (unless defective)
